re3-wexford 389c842 gave the Windows build the relay's WebSocket fallback, so re3.exe now imports
winhttp.dll and crypt32.dll, both part of Windows, and the DLL check warned about them. The README no
longer says Windows has no WebSocket fallback.

Built on the machine running the script, re3 needed that machine's glibc (2.43 on the last release)
and, on CachyOS's x86-64-v3 repositories, an x86-64-v3 CPU: glibc's startup code there carries the
ISA marker into every program linked against it, so an older CPU refused re3 with "CPU ISA level is
lower than required", though re3's own code is plain x86-64.

docker/Dockerfile builds it in Debian 12 instead, pinned by digest. re3 then needs glibc 2.34 and
GLIBCXX_3.4.30 (Debian 12, Ubuntu 22.04 and newer) and any x86-64 CPU. Only the re3 compile runs in
the container; fetching, the generators, re3.exe and packing stay on the host.

- --native builds re3 on the host, as before.
- After the build the script reads re3's glibc floor and CPU marker. A marker above baseline stops the
  build (only a warning with --native); wexford-build.txt records both.
- README: the container, why it is there, and what the Linux re3 needs on a player's system.

Tested with a full build (re3-church 765e249, the commit the local checkout had): the packed re3
needs glibc 2.34 and a baseline CPU, and ran for 150 s under Xvfb into the front end.

User, 2026-10-15: a flag to make a release a pre-release on Forgejo, for the first release with the
Linux re3 built in the container. It only goes with --publish and passes --prerelease to
fj release create, and to the retry command the script prints when that fails.
